It is my first time to see a pvc Harley
Quinn costume.I love Harly Quinn a lot and I dressed up like her very often for
comics/ cosplay events.But I only have one costume and it is a Spandex Harly Quinn suit from zentaizone.com
After seeing this picture,I checked some
online stores but none of them have this costume and maybe I will have a try to
ask zentaizone to custom make one for me.
